Associate Referral Program

As an associate of Bomnin Automotive, you know better than anyone what it takes to succeed in our industry. We value your network and connections, and we want to give you the opportunity to refer qualified candidates for open positions in our company.

Here's how it works:
1. Referrals must be for a specific job opening at Bomnin Automotive, and the candidate must be qualified for the role.
2. If the candidate is hired and completes their 90-day probationary period successfully, you will receive a referral bonus of $250.
3. Associates can refer as many candidates as they wish, but there is no guarantee of employment for any referred candidates.
4. Referred candidates must mention the full name, relationship, and contact information of the associate who referred them in their application.
5. Applicants who are immediate family members (e.g. spouse, parent, sibling, child) of the referring associate will be considered for a different location or department to avoid conflicts of interest.
6. Referral bonuses are subject to tax withholding and other applicable deductions.
7. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
8. While we value the contributions of all our team members, please note that Managers and Directors are not eligible to receive an associate referral bonus.
