Open Enrollment Season is coming up!!
Chomi, our American Fidelity benefit advisor, will visit stores! She will be available to meet with new associates, review elections with those already enrolled, and explain the different supplemental benefits available to everyone.
If you need assistance with a claim, she will be glad to guide you through the process.
If you have an accident, cancer, or critical illness benefit and a pending claim corresponding to this calendar year, please take advantage of this opportunity to meet with our advisor for assistance.
All meetings will be conducted one-on-one to protect everyone’s confidential information and elections.
